What is Lokai Danke?

One is a name, the other – a phrase. Together, they are our business. A family.

Danke is, specifically, a phrase in German that you’re probably familiar with. It means Thank You. So why are you thanking Lokai? (And who is Lokai anyway??) Lokai is just a simple, mischievous pet who served as the inspiration for this business. He is a 2 year old Siberian husky that before he was six months old, proved to be the next Houdini by jumping over my 6 foot fence that was located in my backyard. Since I knew the great capabilities of his escapism, I then concluded I needed an additional safeguard that would eliminate some of the terrible thoughts that I had as soon as I discovered he was missing.

Pet owners will be well familiar with the dangers of an escaped household pet – what if they got hit? Did they get kidnapped? You’re worried about their safety, their well-being, whether they are protected in the elements and from bigger predators that live in our cities and wildlands.
